Modacc Talent 2023 is a hybrid learning track (offline and online) focused on sharing context, knowledge and tools to work sustainably and with impact with our teams in the current environment. The trip consists of 4 interactive sessions of 2 hours each.

Session 4: Your Talento 2023 plan

Your 2023 talent plan is an offline (face-to-face) session in which we will learn how to use the Canvas Business Model as a tool to draw up our personalized talent strategy and take into account the tangible and intangible resources available in our organization.

This session is personalized and advised by Emma Giner, who will accompany you in the creation of your 2023 talent plan to be able to create a completely personalized journey and applied to the needs of your company.
