Modacc Talent 2023 is a hybrid learning track (offline and online) focused on sharing context, knowledge and tools to work sustainably and with impact with our teams in the current environment. The trip consists of 4 interactive sessions of 2 hours each.

Session 2: The internal customer journey

The internal customer journey is an online session where, starting from the Customer Journey we are all used to (that of the external customer), we will reproduce the journey of our internal customer: how to create momentum, how to avoid points of friction and guarantee the experience.

The contents of the session are:

• How do we go from "push" to "pull".
• The 4 momentums of the internal customer journey: attraction, conversion, engagement, prescription.
• Tools to guarantee a positive experience at every moment.
