The Fashion Industry Strategic Immersion will be held on May 27 and 28 and will combine strategic thinking, artificial intelligence, new business models, consumer experiences and professional networking.

The Catalan Fashion Cluster, MODACC, will celebrate on May 27 and 28, 2026 a new edition of the Strategic Immersion of the Fashion Industry, the reference meeting point for entrepreneurs, managers and professionals in the fashion sector in Catalonia. The conference will take place at Món Sant Benet and proposes two days of work, reflection and connection to analyze the current context, anticipate trends and identify new competitive opportunities for companies in the sector.

Promoted by MODACC, the Strategic Immersion aims to offer a space for a long view at a time of transformation for the fashion industry, marked by changes in consumption habits, the emergence of new technologies, the evolution of sales channels, regulatory pressure and the need to build more agile, innovative and sustainable business models.

A comprehensive and inspiring program

The program will combine presentations, inspiring cases, short project presentation sessions and networking spaces. The first day will open on Wednesday 27 May with a session dedicated to analyzing who is who in the fashion sector in Catalonia and the presentation of the State of the Fashion and Leather sector in Catalonia report by Anna Merino from Pwc, followed by a presentation on the three essentials of artificial intelligence for the company of tomorrow, by Iván Monells. There will also be an elevator pitch session focused on technologies that can transform fashion, where Artiso, Launchmetrics and PAL Robotics will participate. In addition, there will also be a conference on failure as an element of business learning, focused on the world of fashion and offered by Lucas Morera (Brownie), Lutz Schwenke (Two Thirds) and Pablo Montanaro (The Animals Observatory). The day will conclude with an afterwork experience and a networking dinner.

The second day, on Thursday 28 May, will begin with the success story of Fluidra, under the title From PIME to listed company and with the story of its Executive Chairman, Eloi Planes. The program will also include an elevator pitch session on innovative business models for contemporary consumers, by Olistic and Zania. As well as a presentation by Josep Roca (Celler de Can Roca) on how to make everyday experiences memorable, how to go from food to gastronomy and from clothing to fashion. And a final session dedicated to rethinking the relationship with the consumer, by Albert Vinyals.

The Strategic Immersion is aimed at textile and fashion professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, managers of strategy, marketing, innovation, operations and business development who want to better understand the challenges of the sector and share their vision with other companies in the Catalan fashion ecosystem.

Món Sant Benet, located in a privileged natural environment and promoted by the Catalunya La Pedrera Foundation, offers the ideal setting for this professional meeting. The complex combines historical heritage, innovation, gastronomy, sustainability and social commitment, elements that connect with the desire of the day to offer an immersive, inspiring and action-oriented experience.
